KWPS unbeaten as we head to the final week!

Last Monday, the school football team went to Carr Hill to compete in round 2 of the inter school  league. The first game was against St Michaels and we played really well winning 4-1  with Charlie grabbing  a hat trick!.

Our next game was against Weeton who were the favourites to win the league. After a slow start we were able to gather momentum and win 8-4!.

We went into the final game against Strike Lane determined not to break our winning streak and we came away with a 6-1 victory. The team put in 110% effort throughout all the games scoring 18 goals and credit must go to our brilliant defence and goalie having only conceded 6 goals.

A huge thank you must go to Matt our coach who always gave us brilliant advice and  thank you to to the parents who were there and and gave us fantastic support.

We now go into our final game against St Josephs on Monday and we will be determined to maintain our winning form!
