What a busy and interesting day we have had. It began with a visit to York Minster where we had a workshop learning about its' construction. This was followed by a visit inside the Minster itself where we learnt more about its history. All the children were highly impressed by this spectacular building!
We then took the short walk to the Castle Museum where we became characters in a story from the Victorian era. This culminated in us being part of a courtroom and having to decide whether a character was guilty of the crimes of which he was accused! We definately have some budding actors amongst us!
Our day will end with a trip back into York for our Ghost Walk.
